Introduction

2016 The 5th International Conference on Informatics, Environment, Energy and Applications (IEEA 2016) will be held in Hong Kong during March 26-28, 2016. IEEA conference is initiated by Scienece and Engineering Institute, assisted by chulalongkorn university, Thailand. This is the annual conference, 2012 in Singapore, 2013 in Bali, Indonisia, 2014 in Shanghai, China, 2015 in Pattaya, Thailand.

High quality, original papers are solicited in all areas of Informatics, Environment, Energy and Applications. The final program will be the result of a highly selective review process designed to include the best work of its kind in every category. The conference will be single track to allow attendees an opportunity to experience the best research.
