Introduction
System variability increases with scale and complexity. The growing effects of variability are known to limit both performance and energy efficiency in large-scale systems. The goal of this workshop is to bring together researchers across parallel and distributed communities to share challenges, experiences, and developments related to variability.
Call for paper
Submission Topics
Submissions should broadly address challenges related to variability in advanced, scalable computing systems. Topics include but are not limited to observing, evaluating, mitigating, and modeling variability in hardware and all layers of application and system
software. Papers focusing on variability in novel software systems for big data and exascale systems and other topics of general interest to IPDPS attendees are particularly encouraged.
