IEEE SMC 2014 The 2017 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC2017) will be held at the unique BANFF SPRINGS RESORT, Banff, Canada. SMC2017 is the flagship conference of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society.
