2017 IEEE Signature Event

In 2017, IEEE will be changing the format of their honors ceremony. It will be expanded to a one day event in San Francisco featuring high-profile speakers in various fields of technology and culminating with the celebration of contributions of some of the world’s most revered innovators, leaders and legends at the ceremony and dinner as the evening’s festivities.

IEEE Medals shall embrace significant and broad IEEE interests and purposes. Presentation of IEEE Institute-level Medals and Recognitions are made by the IEEE President at the annual IEEE Honors Ceremony.

The IEEE Honors Ceremony Gala has been held in different cities throughout the years. The 2016 IEEE Honors Ceremony Gala will be held at Gotham Hall in New York City, NY, USA.
