The aim of the conference is to bring together scientists working in the area of Green HPC cloud/grid solutions. The conference would focus on addressing the energy inefficiency problem of the future exa-scale HPC compute machines.
2016 2nd International Conference on Green High Performance Computing (ICGHPC) was held on 26.2.16 to 27.2.16 at St.Xavier's Catholic College of Engineering (VENUE) . The conference aimed at bringing together specialists and researchers who work with energy related issues that exist in HPC domains, such as, Grid, Cloud, or massively parallel domains. The conference included invited lectures covering the energy and security aspects of HPC architectures. ICGHPC'16 will be technically co-sponsored by IEEE Madras section (approved), IEEE Young Professionals (approved), and HPCCLoud Research Laboratory(approved).
The key topics of the conference include (but not restricted to)
Grid/Cloud Computing issues
HPC Applications
Security, Scheduling, or Theoretical Algorithms
Power Profiling Methodologies
Wireless Sensor Networks, P2P, Data Mining
Performance Analysis Tools
Theoretical Power Modeling
Green Technologies for Clouds/Grids/IoTs/MobileClouds
