Mobile sensing, computing and communication (MSCC) are to extend conventional functions, providing services and results to the world of future mobile applications. It is fundamentally important to future network design and applications. It shows in the feature of innovative IOT and provides big data together with new social relationship. Our workshop will bring together researchers, developers, and practitioners in current participatory sensing, computing and communication from academia, industry, and service providers, to share ideas, experiences, and practical implementations related to new MSCC technologies and applications. The topic is hot and the topics solicited are wide enough for submissions with good quality.
