International Conference on Compliance and Enforcement of Environmental Law: Recent Developments” September 9 - 10, 2016, Wuhan, China Co-organized by Research Institute of Environmental Law (RIEL), Wuhan University, China, Faculty of Law, Ghent University, Ghent, Belgium and China Society of Environmental and Resources Law (CAERL) The International Conference on Compliance and Enforcement of Environmental Law will focus on the updated developments of environmental law’s compliance and enforcement in China and in the international community as well. This theme provides an opportunity to examine the issues of environmental law’s enforcement from Chinese and International perspectives in the context of the promotion of environmental, social/cultural and economic sustainability.
