American Thoracic Society International Conference (ATS InternationalConference)

The 2017 International Conference of the American Thoracic Society, will be held May 19-24 in Washington, DC.

The ATS is seeking input for sessions in all areas of respiratory, critical care and sleep medicine with a clinical, basic science and/or translational focus. Input should be in the form of a session proposal in any of the following formats:

• Postgraduate Course (Didactic Only)

• Postgraduate Course (Hands On Demonstration)

• Scientific Symposium

• Workshop

• Sunrise Seminar

• Meet the Professor Seminar

The ATS is interested in expanding International Conference education content related to health disparities and health care equity related to gender, race, ethnicity, and economical background. For proposals relating to clinical topics, the ATS asks proposers to consider a talk relating to health care equality as it relates to pathogenesis, manifestations, treatment and reporting of lung disease, critical care medicine and sleep medicine.
