Introduction

The International High Speed Intelligent Communication (HSIC) founded by Chang Gung University, Taiwan, in 2009 is an important field of theory, design, and implementation of millimeter wave integrated circuits and systems, sensor network, optical communications and MIMO/OFDM systems. Building on the its previous successes, the International Conference on Computational Problem-Solving (ICCP) is now renamed as the International Conference on Communications Problem-Solving (ICCP) to focus on solutions to problems and challenges arising in the areas of modern communications, radar and sensor areas technologies. In conjunction with the HSIC-2016, ICCP-2016 will be held on 7-9 September, 2016. The HSIC-2016 & ICCP-2016 will offer a rich program of high quality with distinguished invited speakers from all over the world and provide a broad forum of exchanges for researchers and scholars. The proceedings of ICCP 2016 will be included in the IEEE Explore database and indexed by EI Compendex.
