Conference on Up-scaling Ground Observations and Modeling for Land Surface Process

The workshops about up-scaling study had organized four times in 2004, 2007 and 2011 in Netherlands, and 2013 in Germany, which facilitate the research intercourse for scientists come from different countries. This conference will make deeply discussion about up-scaling methods and application in Remote sensing-hydrology-climatology research, including observation design, the performance assess of observation instruments, the use of new instruments, and other aspects, which will prompt researchers understand the latest development and new technique application, and advance our scientific research level in up-scaling ground observations and modeling for land surface process.
