Introduction

International Conference on Computing and Communication Systems (I3CS'16) will be held in capital of Meghalaya, Shillong, India also known as 'Scotland of the East' during November 11-13, 2016. I3CS;16 will be organized by the Dept of Information Technology, School of Technology, North Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong, India.

I3CS’16 aims at bringing together the Researchers, Scientists, Engineers and Scholar students in all areas of Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering and provides an international forum for the dissemination of original research results, new ideas and practical development experiences which concentrate on both theory and practices.

Experts from India and abroad are expected to participate in this conference. We will be happy to have you as one of the honorable participants in the conference by presenting your research work. We shall be grateful to receive your suggestions towards the conference.
