The 10th DiFX users and developers meeting will be held during the 30 October - 3 November 2016 at the Shanghai Astronomical Observatory, China. The format of the meeting will be similar to previous workshops. The first two days will be the users meeting, where those not actively involved in development are expected to attend. We will have the presentations by developers and users, together the demonstrations, question and answer sessions. During the following three days, the active developers will focus on forward planning, code development, and documentation.
