The First International Conference, EECon 2016 organized by the Electrical Engineering Society (EESoc) of the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Moratuwa will be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka on 15 December 2016. The conference aims to bring together researchers and engineers in the academia and the industry from different Engineering disciplines to a common forum to build a constructive dialog on state of the art technologies in power systems.
To create a stage for researchers around the world to disseminate knowledge in the disciplines of Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, Electronics engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Information Technology for integration of diverse engineering solutions that are socially, economically and environmentally sustainable for the betterment of electric power systems.
