The 7th Research in Engineering Education Symposium 2017 (REES 2017)

Universidad de los Andes is pleased to invite you to the 2017 Research in Engineering Education Symposium. REES2017 will be held in Bogotá, Colombia from July 6 to July 8 2017. This symposium follows on from the success of ICREE 2007 in Hawaii, USA; REES 2008 in Davos, Switzerland; REES 2009 in Palm Cove, Queensland, Australia; REES 2011 in Madrid, Spain; REES 2013 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and REES 2015 in Dublin, Ireland.

This symposium is held in collaboration with the Research in Engineering Education Network (REEN). REEN is an international forum for scholars interested in discussing and advancing research in engineering education. It aims to bring together the growing international community of engineering education researchers. This vibrant and welcoming community nurtures developing researchers through collaboration and sound methodological approaches to address the challenges within Engineering Education.

We are proud to be part of the Engineering Education Week Colombia 2017 (EEWC2017). REES and IRSPBL hosts join forces to coordinate a great event from Monday 3rd July to Saturday 8th July 2017. The key theme for EEWC2017 is: Society challenges for engineering education in the 21st century. Colombia will be the epicenter for the latest research and developments in education.
