Introduction

Welcome to ICEIC (International Conference on Electronics, Information, and Communication) 2017!
The 16th International Conference on Electronics, Information, and Communication (ICEIC 2017) will be held during Jan. 11-14 in Phuket, Thailand. The conference is open to all the participants who are willing to broaden professional contacts and to discuss the state-of-the-art technical topics. Especially the participation from Asia-pacific region is encouraged. In the ICEIC 2017 conference, we are going to provide an opportunity to exchange new ideas, advances, and technologies, for all participants. We hope that this conference will become a strong technological and academic community for worldwide engineers, scholars and students in fields of electronics, information, and communication.
