Introduction


2016 5th International Conference on Computer Science and Network Technology (ICCSNT2016) will be held during December 10-11, 2016 in Changchun, it is the fifth forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving Future Computer Science, Network Technology and Communication related techniques. 
It is sponsored by Changchun Normal University, co-sponsored by Jilin University, Northeast Normal University and technical co-sponsored by IEEE Harbin Section. The proceedings of ICCSNT2016 will be included in IEEE Xplore after the review taken by IEEE conference publication group and then submitted to EI Compendex index.
