1st International and the 18th ISME Conference on Enabling Sustainable Development in Mechanical Engineering

The present ISME Conference on Mechanical Engineering with a theme Enabling Sustainable Development is the eighteenth in a series of conferences organized by Indian Society of Mechanical Engineers (ISME). The conference will be held during February 23-25, 2017 at National Institute of Technology, Warangal. To disseminate developments carried out at the research and educational institutions, Government of India has initiated various programs, to become self reliant by the end of a decade from now, on all spheres of life. For this, the role of engineering community is increasing day by day. To keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry, a platform is set-up under aegis of ISME to organize conferences. The purpose of this conference will be to bring together the mechanical engineering community to explore, disseminate and strengthen initiatives in new directions under the broad areas of machine design, materials and manufacturing, thermal engineering and industrial engineering.
