Introduction

Big data is playing a more and more important role nowadays. While many new technologies have been developed to support big data, it is equally important to explore and deliver intelligent services and applications with big data. The BDISA workshop is intended to provide a forum for researchers to present their latest innovations and share their experiences in all areas including, but not limited to, education, culture, science, manufacturing, health, transportation, engineering, law, and business.
