Introduction

The IEEE International Conference on Electrical, Instrumentation and Communication Engineering (ICEICE 2016) will be held at M. Kumarasamy College of Engineering Karur, India during 27th -28th April 2017. The mission of the conference is to bring together academics and industrial experts in the field of Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Communication engineering to a common forum, where a constructive dialog on theoretical concepts, practical ideas and results of the state of the art technology can be developed. Motivating young scientists, budding technologists and entrepreneurs in these fields to enrich their knowledge by interacting with their peers in their respective areas is a prime goal of the conference. The conference will be attended by research students, academics, personnel from Industry and R&D and manufacturers of various equipment.
