Introduction

SM2C'2017 is an International Conference on Smart, Monitored and Controlled Cities which focuses on information and communications technology (ICT) as a culture. Therefore, it encompasses smart technology, engineering, sciences, and humanities.

The SM2C'2017 will provide an opportunity for researchers adopting novel approaches to exchange and share their ideas and research results about the impact of their works on city.

SM2C'2017 will be held from Feb. 17th to 19th 2017 at Kerkennah Islands-Tunisia in the framework of the festivities of SFAX CAPITAL OF ARAB CULTURE.
