Welcome to the official website of The 2017 Annual National Conference on New Trends in Information & Communication Technology Applications (NTCT'2017) that will be held on march 7th - 8th, 2017 in Baghdad, Iraq. NTICT'2017 is a specialized conference that aims to present the latest research related to new trends in Information & Communications Technology Applications to identify prospects and solutions for development of this important sector as well as to contribute for building an informatics society in Iraq. The conference is organized by University of Information Technology and Communications (UOITC) and IEEE Iraqi sector and will be held regularly to make it an ideal platform for participants to share views and experience in Information & Communications Technology and all accepted papers will be submitted for indexing to IEEE library.
