Introduction

The 51st Annual Conference on Information Sciences and Systems will be hosted by Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering on March 22-24, 2017.

Authors will present unpublished papers describing theoretical advances, applications, and ideas in the fields of Information Sciences and Systems, including signal processing, information theory, communications, networked systems, image processing, coding, systems and control, systems biology, photonic and quantum systems, machine learning, security and privacy, inference, sensory systems, and neuroscience.
