Introduction

Welcome to the official website of the 2017 IEEE International Conference on Green Energy (ICOGE 2017) . The conference will be held in Singapore during July 23-26, 2017. ICOGE2017 is a workshop of ICSGSC 2017. welcomes articles in the field of Green Energy.

The ICOGE 2017 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Green Energy. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Green Energy. 

We warmly invite you to participate in the ICOGE 2017 program and activities and we are confident that you will find the program enriching, enlightening and rewarding. 

Proceedings 
Prospective authors are invited to submit their full-length papers (4-5 pages). Submitted papers will be peer reviewed. All the accepted papers after full registration and presentation, will be submitted in the conference Proceedings by IEEE, and reviewed by IEEE Xplore and Ei Compendex.

Guidlines

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications. 
2. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s) 
3. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency. 
4. Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”.
