Introduction
It is our pleasure and privilege to invite you to participate in the International Conference on“Social Development and Innovation in a Global Perspective” to be held in July, 2017 in Wuhan, China. Since 2015, it is our 3rd conference for International Union of Eminent Scholars and call for international cooperation on sociological and social work research. We obtain strong support and wide acclaim from Chinese researchers. Hosted by School of Sociology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the 3rd conference brings together researchers from both China and around the world.

Quality: The conference will focus on the quality of academic publications and comments by using professional peer review mechanism, so that participants can fully express their views, and receive valuable feedback.

Globalization: We invite eminent scholars at home and abroad to participate in to create a platform for international exchange and cooperation. For selected scholars abroad, we will subsidize the cost of international transportation.

Innovation: Designed to nurture and develop our future research leaders, our conference does not limit the theme of papers and encourage young scholars to present their innovative or frontier sociological or social work research. We welcome both theoretical and empirical research.
