Introduction

ou are invited to participate in 2017 3rd IEEE International Conference on Computer and Communications (ICCC) that will be held in Chengdu, China on December 13-16, 2017. ICCC 2017 is hosted by IEEE and Sichuan Institute of Electronics, co-organized by Southwest Jiaotong University. The event will be held with presentations delivered by researchers from the international community, including presentations from keynote speakers and highly selective lectures

This conference provides an opportunity for prominent international specialists, researchers, and engineers to present and observe the latest research, results, and ideas in the area of Computer and Communications. The objective of ICCC 2017 is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field.

All accepted papers must be written in English and will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE. The proceedings will be submitted and reviewed by the IEEE Xplore and Ei Compendex after the conference.

Guidlines

1) English is the official language of the conference. 

2) Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

1). Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2). Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3). Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4). Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”
