Introduction

IEEE/ACM IWQoS 2017 will be held at the Neapolis Building, an R&D&I spot located in the Mediterranean city of Vilanova i la Geltrú, just 30km South from Barcelona, with easy and fast connection by either train, bus or car. This edition will last for three days setting a full technical program featuring high quality research contributions and keynotes by well-established members of the industrial and scientific communities.

Besides regular papers and posters and demos, this year, IWQoS includes the Work-in-Progress track encouraging the scientific community to submit papers presenting new talent, risky ideas, and new subjects to be discussed in a creative and inspiring atmosphere of the event.

We are now open for papers, posters and demos submission.
