The Gordon Research Seminar on Microbial Adhesion and Signal Transduction is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present as well as discuss novel and cutting-edge research on microbial interactions, communication, and pathogenesis.
The focus of this multidisciplinary meeting is to explore the latest unpublished findings involving cell- and community-level interactions undertaken by microbes, the systems responsible, and the downstream effects on environmental persistence and host pathogenesis. Participants actively engaged in research will have the opportunity to present their latest findings and novel methodologies by oral or poster presentation with input and discussion from their contemporaries as well as experts in the field.
