Introduction

IEMDC 2017 will be held in beautiful and sunny Miami, FL, close to many touristic attractions and just across the causeway to Miami Beach and the art deco district.

Will include oral and poster technical sessions for papers describing original and previously unpublished work, plenary sessions with invited speakers, tutorials, and exhibits.

The scope of the conference includes technology advances in design, analysis, manufacturing and measurements for electrical machines and drives. Topics covered include rotating electrical machines; special machines, sensors, and actuators; electrical drives; condition monitoring, fault detection, noise and vibration; embedded applications.
