Original papers are invited and submitted papers should not be previously published or currently under review for any other publication, submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present the paper. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore and other indexing databases.
