Introduction
ICISCE 2017 is the 4th International Conference on Information Science and Control Engineering, will be held from July 21-23, 2017, in Changsha, China. Changsha is the famous city of China, We invite you to attend the conference.
ICISCE 2017 is Technically Co-Sponsored by IEEE Computer Society, and sponsored by Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology, and Co-sponsored by University of Technology Sydney, Hunan University, Wayne State University, Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Xiamen University, China Jiliang University, Iwate Prefectural University.
Original papers are invited and submitted papers should not be previously published or currently under review for any other publication, submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present the paper. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore and other indexing databases.
