Introduction

The 2019 IEEE 90th Vehicular Technology Conference will be held 22–25 September 2019 in Hawaii, USA. This semi-annual flagship conference of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society will bring together individuals from academia, government, and industry to discuss and exchange ideas in the fields of wireless, mobile, and vehicular technology.

The theme of VTC2019-Fall is "Intelligent Connection & Transportation". In addition to high-quality technical sessions, the conference will feature world-renowned plenary speakers, tutorials, workshops and industry sessions.
