Introduction

The 2013 IEEE 78th Vehicular Technology Conference will be held 2-5 September 2013 at the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, in Las Vegas, USA. This semi-annual flagship conference of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society will bring together individuals from academia, government, and industry to discuss and exchange ideals in the fields of wireless, mobile, and vehicular technology.
