Abstract Accepted
A comprehensive adaptive auto-reclosing (CAAR) scheme for shunt reactor compensated transmission line is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a smart tripping methodology is utilized to guarantee the existence of at least one sound phase. Secondly, the instantaneous power algorithm is used to calculate reactive power of three phases. Lastly, a specific operation process of the proposed CAAR scheme is established.
