In order to improve the foaming effect, a foam generator was designed. Under different experimental conditions, the foaming performance of the gas-liquid coaxial spray foam generator was experimented, and the changing law of parameters such as foam foaming times, foam half-life and foaming range was analysed. The experimental results show that the foaming performance of the foaming device shows an upward trend at a fixed gas flow rate, and the liquid flow rate is negatively correlated with the foaming multiplicity and half-life in the low flow rate range, while the foaming performance shows a downward trend at a high flow rate. The foaming performance varied with the supply flow rate at different liquid flow rate value intervals. When the liquid flow rate is high, increasing the supply flow rate as much as possible helps to improve the foaming performance, while when the liquid flow rate is low, increasing the supply flow rate does not improve the foaming performance. Actual experiments show that the equipment has strong advantages in foaming ratio and foaming range, and has good application prospects.
