Introduction

The 7th International Symposium on Mine Safety Science and Engineering (ISMSSE 2024) will be held in Pittsburgh, USA from August 17 to 21, 2024. In this symposium, researchers and experts are invited from around the world in the field of mine safety science and engineering and related fields to share new concepts, methodologies, and emerging technologies, and exhibit technical equipment in the field of mine safety science and engineering. Experts and scholars including academia, industry, scientific research institutes, governments and enterprises are welcome to participate in the symposium.
