Introduction
2023 8th International Conference on Network Intelligence and Digital Content (IC-NIDC 2023) will be held in Beijing, China on November 3-5, 2023, with a theme of "AI & ICT for Connected Future". IC-NIDC 2023 will feature a comprehensive technical program including several symposia.
