Introduction

2016 5th International Conference on Network Infrastructure and Digital Content (IC-NIDC 2016) will be held in the beautiful city of Beijing, China from September 23 to 25, 2016. Themed as "Analysis and Communications for ALL Things", IC-NIDC 2016 will feature a comprehensive technical program including several Symposia and a number of Tutorials and Workshops. This conference provides a high-quality forum for researchers and practitioners to present their latest theoretical and practical work on the cutting edge technologies and hot topics in the areas of Software-Defined Networks, Data Technology, and Innovative Multimedia Systems.

To be published in the IC-NIDC Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate. The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IC-NIDC Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
