The 2013 International Conference on Information Science and Cloud Computing (ISCC 2013) will be held from December 7-8, 2013 in Guangzhou, China. The aim of ISCC 2013 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, and academicians, as well as industrial professionals, to present their research results and development activities in information science and cloud computing. It provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. ISCC2013 is technically sponsored by IEEE Reliability Society. The proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society Conference Publishing Services (CPS), included in the IEEE Xplore database and submitted to be covered by the abstracting databases like Elsevier Scopus, EI Compendex and Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (CSA) etc. Some selected papers will be recommended to several renowned journals which are listed in EI Compendex or Science Cited Index (SCI) such as the International Journal of Sensor Networks (ISSN:1748-1279).
