At present, there are many problems in the regulation mode of food safety supervision. This paper deep analyze on the current food safety supervision and create a new food safety regulatory system model, and proposes measures to improve China's food safety control mechanism, provides reference model and measures on the research on the supervision of food safety in our country further study and innovation.
