The Analysis and Design of Livestock Traceability System

With the rapid development of food safety business, food safety issues are increasingly becoming prominent in the field of social management and people on food production visualization traceability requirements are getting higher and higher. This thesis aims at livestock traceability management, analysis and livestock supply chain processes, based on the principles and methods of HACCP. Based on HACCP principles and methods, we analyzes the key node of each supply chain, build livestock traceability chain key node information, design and livestock traceability processes and systems functions, to achieve information collaboration and sharing.
