Background Information

In the past, when we talk about user research, we always focused on user behaves of using electronic products. In other word, we only talk about the service on electronic devices. This workshop not only focuses on the service on electronic devices, but also other service in service process. Participants will understand what other services may be occurred before or after users use electronic product. After this workshop, participants will know how to think more when they design UI, and find out what users really need.

Outline

  • To know what data researcher should collect from the service field.

  • To find out touch point from data.

  • To know the main activity at touch point.

  • To learn how to give new interaction at touch point via brainstorming.

  • To give a better service Process.

  • Concept of Service Design.

  • How to analyze and apply touch point.

  • How to interactive with other participant.

  • How to run a workable workshop.
