Background Information

Service design is a process that needs to involve different kinds of stakeholders to co-creative. Stakeholders include: Our customers that means who will buy our products and services; Enterprise senior managers who are responsible to coordinate resources for providing service; and also service provider who will provide service to the end customers. They have different motivations and benefits. Service design should cover all of these stakeholders needs to balance business, customer requirements, and staff efficiency. So, it is very important to have a good facilitator to involve all these roles neatly. At the same time, appropriate tools are necessary to be used during the process of service design.

  • Introduction of basic service design process.

  • Introduction of service design tools.

  • Practice of service design project.

  • Learn how to involve stakeholders to co-creative by using service design tools.
