Introduction
The International Conference on Matter and Radiation at Extremes (ICMRE) is a newly founded conference by China Academy of Engineering Physics (CAEP). The conference is aimed to provide a platform for scientists and engineers from all over the world to share their recent developments in frontiers of theory and numerical methods. The 4rd ICMRE will be held on May 29-June2, 2019 at Hefei, China. It will be hosted by Institute of Fluid Physics and University of Science and Technology of China.
