2013 25th International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices & IC's (ISPSD)

On behalf of the conference committee, it is my great honor and pleasure to welcome you to the 25th International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD 2013). The ISPSD brings together power devices and power ICs community experts to enhance and drive forward the research and development of power electronics and its applications. The ISPSD has become the world’s leading conference in the field of power devices and power ICs due to the wealth of technical work presented and we are looking forward to a great conference this year as well. Following every year’s very successful conference in each nominated global region, our conference once again returns to Japan, this time to the historic seaside city of Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, a place well known for traditional Japanese culture and modern art. The conference is scheduled to be held during May 26-30, 2013 at the Ishikawa Ongakudo, a famous venue for classical Japanese theatrical arts located right next to Kanazawa city’s main railway station. The ISPSD is an international meeting ground for researchers, engineers, scientists, and specialists in the various research and development fields of power devices. The conference offers a premise for global experts to gather and discuss intensively on various topics on power devices and power ICs technologies, ranging from their state-of-the-art aspects to prospects and possible breakthroughs in the future.
